With the delivery and handover of the urgently needed school material to the headmaster Mr. S. Meier on October 27th, 2021, we were able to successfully complete this project thanks to the many donations we received from you. The teachers, the school management and the children say thank you very much!

The bad news doesn't want to end.

Unfortunately, there are still more fatalities to be reported today on July 19th, 2021.

In the last few days we have all been shown what elemental force can emanate from the water masses triggered by the persistent heavy rain.

We have all seen the horrific images on the news and we know that people are in dire need.

People still can't understand what happened here. Many have lost everything. Family members, friends, neighbors, acquaintances, your home, your pets, all household effects. You are faced with "nothing".

But there is also a wave of great, immediate relief.

By that I don't mean the politicians who came to the crisis region to express their sympathy in front of the TV cameras. Unfortunately, from the point of view of those affected, their assistance, which is then promised, is not direct and often not specific enough.

Those affected are currently receiving direct, concrete, immediate help from the many helpers who went into the areas with shovels and rubber boots and "tackled".

On Tuesday, May 11th, 2021, we started our project "playful language training for preschool children", which has now been successfully completed with the schooling of the children in September 2021.

With the Nasrin Mirmohammadi Foundation we have a "cooperation kindergarten-school" in the municipality of Malsch near Heidelberg over the period from May to September 2021. organized and made children who had no knowledge of German so fit that they can now take part in school lessons without any problems.

In preparation for school lessons, language development and communication are of the utmost importance.

Children from families with a migration background who are supposed to go to school but do not have sufficient basic German vocabulary have great problems following the lessons in order to learn to read and write.

With our project, these children were made fit for school.

With regard to the transition from kindergarten to school, the children were given the best possible starting opportunities for entering school.

The province Lorestan is situated in the North-West of the Iran, close to the Irak border.

In April 2019 there were severe floodings. Many people drowned, other lost all their possessions.

Houses and schools were destroyed by the floods. After the water masses retreated the little village Mamulan was a swamp dessert.

In October 2019, we provided urgently required learning material for 30 pupils in the close to the city Hashtgerd. Hashtgerd is the capital of Savojbolagh county and is situed 80 km West of Teheran.
